It’s always busy when we come but the staff does such a great job of managing the flow, the past few times we have had Jackson as our server after our wine tasting and he is, hands down, the best server I have ever had. I’ve worked in the service industry and I could only attempt to do what he does so effortlessly. He makes amazing recommendations, has the best banter, and creates the most amazing atmosphere for any occasion. You can’t go wrong with requesting him. Highly recommend. He makes the experience so personable and enjoyable, and always finds little ways to go above and beyond.

Cooper's Hawk in Brookfield is a must visit. The tasting room is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful. Our server Enna was knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. If she was unsure of an answer, she found the answer for us. Always a great experience visiting a Cooper's Hawk location and am looking forward to visiting more of them.

I would highly recommend this place. It’s our first time coming here and everything was amazing! The environment is so fun and classy! I love it and will be back. Our server Teresa was amazing! And Teresa from the winery was amazing giving us an awesome experience with no flaws.

First time eating at Cooper Hawk’s, and it won't be our last. Everything we ate was incredibly delicious. We started off with the calamari, which had a distinct breading likely made with tapioca flour to achieve such a strong crunch. The flavor, texture, and cilantro garnish were all just perfect. The meal came with a pretzel roll that was beautifully baked and was accompanied by a rich and creamy butter. The entrees were equally tasty, and the portion sizes were too big to finish. The Chicken Madeira was sweet and savory similar to chicken marsala, but better. Also the skin on mashed potatoes really brought the dish together. Burger was solid, soft bun, great sauce, and excellent fries with just the right amount of salt.

This is a beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for a romantic evening or a group gathering. The food is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. The music selection is excellent, and the venue has a unique vibe. The clientele appears to be mostly people in their late twenties and older, and the service is pleasant.

We started our night doing a wine tasting. The woman who took care of us was FANTASTIC. She was very attentive, friendly, and gave us great recommendations. Then we sat down for dinner. We made a reservation using OpenTable and the hostess was very kind in pushing the time back for us when we took longer than expected for the tasting. Our server was okay. She wasn’t very friendly and didn’t check in much. Food - we got the egg roll appetizer. Very good! Though I was surprised that it was 20. We split the chopped wedge. Some of the pieces of lettuce were massive and there wasn’t much for toppings so I would say it was okay. We were happy they split the portion into two servings for us though. Pretzel pork chop - my boyfriend picked off a lot of the pretzel coating because there was an overwhelming amount of it falling all over the place. Pork chop and potatoes were delicious. Short rib risotto - amazing. I would get it again in a heartbeat. We sat outside and even though they are doing construction, the ambiance on the patio was great.

The staff is knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences. The menu is diverse, offering a great selection of flavorful dishes that complement the wine flights. Some must-try items include the Asian Ahi Tuna Sashimi, which is fresh and well-seasoned, the Roasted Vegetables and Goat Cheese Flatbread, which has a perfect balance of crispiness and creaminess, and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which are packed with flavor and have just the right amount of crunch. These dishes pair beautifully with the wine flights, enhancing the overall experience. The food presentation is also well done, making each dish as visually appealing as it is delicious. Service is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms, which are kept in great condition. The entrance faces east and is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for all guests. I highly recommend this place for its excellent food, wine, and atmosphere. I will revisit this place.

Everything from the Wine Tasting, the delicious food, desserts and the customer service was amazing... Our date couldn’t have been any more perfect. A 10 out of a 10, I do recommend... Cooper’s Hawk is a great place for fun with family or friends or a romantic night out with someone special.
